Marsh Indonesia is the result of the merger of three of the world's
leading insurance broking organizations: Marsh & McLennan and
Johnson & Higgins of the USA, and the Sedgwick Group of the UK.
In 1997 Marsh & McLennan acquired Johnson & Higgins, and in 1998
purchased the Sedgwick Group. During 1999 Marsh consolidated
these three entities in Indonesia into one location and changed the
name of the company to PT Marsh Indonesia.
Today PT Marsh Indonesia is the leading joint venture insurance
broking firm in Indonesia, and is widely recognised as the most
professional in the country. We are proud of that position.
